Director: Jason Pendleton

Jason Pendleton is the Executive Director for KC Fusion in Kansas City.  Prior to being named the ED for Fusion Jason served as the head boys and girls soccer coach at Blue Valley Southwest High School in Overland Park, KS.  He has been a high school coach for 24 years and won three state championships.   He has been recognized as the 2017 United Soccer Coaches Girls National High School Coach of the year, and the 2018 National Federation of High Schools and Top Drawer Soccer Boys High School Coach of the Year.   He has also been recognized as an educator as he was selected the 2006 Kansas High School American History Teacher of the Year. 

Jason is an NSCAA National Staff Coach, and an assistant coach for the University of Central Missouri  women's soccer team. He has presented at the NSCAA National Convention on 5 different occasions and teaches coaching education courses throughout the United States.  

He holds the Coerver Youth Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Diploma, and the US Soccer "B" License.
